Zelle Payment Process

Setting Up a Zelle Payment

  1. Enter ‘treasurergreatoaks@gmail.com' as the ‘Recipient’ that will receive your payment.
  2. Enter the dollar amount you want to pay the Great Oaks Club in the ‘Amount’ section.
  3. In the Memo, Notes, Comments, or Description section, enter your name and the purpose of your payment (Annual Membership Dues, Taste of Carolina Day Trip, Meeting Luncheon for xx/xx/xx, donation to A Safe Place, etc.). Please be as specific as possible.
  4. Click Review and look over your payment details carefully.
  5. Click Send.

Forwarding the Confirmation Email

Once your payment has been successfully sent, you will receive an email confirming that your payment has been sent to the Great Oaks Treasurer. ​​For the following types of payments, an extra step is required for record-keeping purposes:
  • Membership Payments: Members paying their annual dues via Zelle must forward their bank's Zelle confirmation email to the Membership Chair along with their name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Trips and Tours Payments: Members paying for a day trip or tour via Zelle must forward their bank’s Zelle confirmation email to the designated Trips and Tours Chairperson with their name and the trip paid for.
​The Treasurer and/or Committee Chairperson will confirm receipt of your payment and the confirmation email once they are both received and processed. Thank you!
