Luncheon Reservations & Payments

CCL Members:
Make a reservation by calling the Club at (910) 256-8411 OR Register via the calendar section of CCL website (starting April 11th)
Non-CCL Members:
Make a reservation via a check payable to the "Great Oaks Club"
Mail or drop check off to Milta Guys at 2033 Montrose Lane

OR Pay electronically via Zelle by following the instructions at Great Oaks Zelle Payment Instructions

Time to clean your closets: We will be accepting donations for the Assistance League.
Carousel Center Donations: Very low on snacks... in need of individually packaged snacks such as peanut butter crackers, chips, pretzels, etc as well as small bottles of water.

By Law Amendment: Guest Policy November 2024
A paid member of Great Oaks may bring a prospective member as a guest to a regular monthly meeting one (1) time. After attending as a ‘guest’, they must join Great Oaks in order to attend any future meetings. This ‘guest policy’ only applies to regular monthly meetings as all attendees at the three (3) annual luncheons must be paid members, no unpaid guests are allowed at luncheons. The Membership chair will use the guest book to formally sign-in and track guests during the year.
